The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Previous experience in a communication manager role within a reputable organization is essential, along with a track record of successful communication/marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives. Proficiency in English and Swahili is crucial for effective communication, while strong digital skills, including social media management and basic graphic design, are highly desirable.
