In this course, you will learn the art of effective training and facilitation. Explore learner-centered methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and interactive training sessions. Discover techniques for designing and planning courses and sessions that cater to different learning styles and needs. Gain insights into the dynamics of group formation and management, and develop skills in oral questioning and powerful questioning techniques to stimulate participant learning. The objective of this course is to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to become effective trainers and facilitators in the field of agriculture. By the end of the program, you will be able to design and deliver engaging training sessions, cater to diverse learning needs, and create a positive and interactive learning environment.
The course combines theoretical sessions with practical exercises and interactive activities to enhance your training abilities. You will have the opportunity to practice your facilitation skills and receive feedback from experienced trainers. The training will take place at our Farmer Training Centre (FTC) in Vianzi, Mvomero District, Morogoro. Accommodation, meals, and training materials are provided during the course.
